With the new season a month and half away the squad have started back training,which is currently being held at Abbottsinch in Paisley.The squad meet there at 1345 for a 1400 start,any new players who are looking to join up should meet us there on sunday afternoons.

PRE-SEASON TRAINING

With the squad well into their preperations for the coming season,pre-season training has started well with the majority of the players showing a hunger for the season to begin, with a few friendlies in the pipeline things should be reaching boiling point when things get under way in late August.

RETURN OF THE IRON LADY

Following discussions that took place this afternoon the club are pleased to announce the reappointment of Lilian Stewart as the clubs liasion officer,in her post Lilian will be heavily involved with the players and be on hand to iron out any problems which might arise.

LEAGUE CUP DRAW

Following this weeks cup draw Arthurlie were paired at home against BYC Carnoustie,with a home tie against Arbroath awaiting the winners of the first round tie,in the second round.

Following 9 months of discomfort we are pleased to announce the arrival of baby Tiana(think thats how its spelt) proud parents Helen and Stevie are delighted with the new baby and are both looking forward to many sleepless nights,wont be long till shes wearing an Arthurlie jersey

LEAGUE CUP DRAW

Following yesterdays cup draw at Hampden Arthurlie were given an away tie against Paisley Saints, Arthurlie manager Dougie Cumming was happy with the draw as it wont entail any travelling,and am sure a few of the players will be looking forward to facing a few of their former team mates, the tie will be played on sunday 18th of september

LEAGUE CUP DRAW

Following yesterdays heroics in Inverness,Arthurlie went into the the hat for the semi-final draw this afternoon,where they were paired with Hutchison Vale from Edinburgh,the other semi-final sees Lochee Utd v Falkirk the games will be played on sunday 30th october.

Following discussions the squad will be heading off to warmer climates come the end of this playing season.Plans are being drawn up for the team to participate in an overseas tournament for the first time, although there is a lot of hard work and planning things are started to fall into place.
