David 'Bonnar' McKenzie - An Arthurlie Legend!!!
Ok, so no one really knows how to spell his name, I've seen about ten different ways, maybe we should all go along with his mum and call him David, but all this irrelevent. All that matters is that this man is the heart and soul of our club, he is the best goalscorer we have had since The Legend, and Bonnar is fast on his way to becoming one himself.
A year ago he was interviewed by the Evening Times as he started his sixth season with the club and was quoted as saying he wanted to finish his career at Dunterlie, yet over the last 12months he has been used sparingly in competitive fixtures. Now he has been placed on the transfer list by 'mutual consent' and we all know what that means. Renfrew have already had a bid knocked back and Sammy Johnston at Neilston is sniffing around too. Do you want to see Bonnar back at Dunterlie in another teams colours showing Frank Lynch what he is missing out on?
This page is here for a simple reason - BONNAR MUST STAY!!

Wullie Peterson - Bonnar McKenzie must stay at Dunterlie. He is by far the best goalscorer the club has ever had (via tagboard)
-
James McKiggan - Bonnar may not like this, but, here goes. "YOUR'E SIMPLY THE BEST, BETTER THAN ALL THE REST ". " GET IN THERE BONNAR". "MON THE LIE "
-
Angela - bonner cant leave.seen him play in the last 2 friendlies. he was outstanding in both. (via arthurliefc.bravejournal.com)

The Gary Madden Fan Club - Bonnar is simply the best thing to be seen at Dunterlie in years when it comes to goalscoring. There is no one at the club who believes more in the team and it would be a travesty to let him move on. Come on Frank, Bonnar is the heart of the team - lets not diminish that by seeing him turn out for Neilston eh? (via email)

Dave Bisland The Man's already a legend for our club, if we lose him it will be like when Celtic lost Larsson. It shouldnt be allowed bcos at least Larsson went to a bigger club, you cant get bigger than Arthurlie unless he ends up in the SPL. We need more signatures, keep them coming. mon the 'Lie. Bruce Lee - Bonnar must stay - be like water my friend! (via tagboard)
