On October 8th I went and saw the Avro Arrow roll-out at the Toronto Aerospace Museum at Downsview Park, and it was absolutely spectacular! I have never seen anything as impressive as that. When you consider the fact that it was done completely by volunteers, it is stunning.
This is a picture of my brother (left), my dad (right), and me in the middle! As a comparison of how massive it is, my dad is 6 foot 6 inches tall and you can see how much bigger the engines are than him. This picture doesn't even show the complete height of the entire model. It was SO much bigger than I could have imagined.
