She stared down at the crying bundle with regret and annoyance. A mother she was never meant to be. A prostitue couldn't be a mother, it was bad for business. Luckily for the infant foal, at a bar not to far away was the father of this tiny annoyance. Quickly the pink mare handed the filly over to the big, burly black and white stallion, telling him the foal was his problem now, and soon she disapeared back into the night, never to be seen by the stallion again. The stallion stared down at the hungry foal in silent contemplation, gazing down at the milky whiteness that were her blind eyes. He fed her a mixture of oats and milk and took her back to his home, the pirate ship known by many as the "Silent Nemisis". This stallion was no ordinary stallion. As it happened, he was the dreaded pirate Blake Belleville, scurge of the seven seas and feared by all. Village after village he plundered, taking what he wanted. He was ruthless but he was not without a heart. And so, he named his daughter after himself, Belleville. Belleville, or Belle as she soon became known to the crew, grew in her father's image, taking on his attitude and his ruthless start against towns and the like. Never letting her blinded sight get in the way, She fought diligantly by his side, afraid of no one and nothing. Her father became quite proud of his prodigy and let her in on every hiding place he stowed his treasures. But tragedy would strike and her father would perish quickly from a disease called the pox. He left his ships to his daughter, knowing she would make him proud. And so she did. But not after earning the trust and support of her father's men first. They grew more impressed with their new captain, noting that, even though she was blind, she still gazed out of her eyes with a burning fire. Soon Belle gained scars from her many battles, calling them badges of courage. And just as soon she would loose her right eye and would shortly wear a patch that was as infamous as she. A leather eye patch, encrusted with jewels of the deep that only she knew where to behold the gems. Her beautiful face would strike fear into even the bravest of hearts. And so Belle captained her ship, aiming to do nothing but make her father proud. Belle masters three ships, The Silent Nemesis, The Rusted Regata, and The Dirty Barnacle. The Silent Nemesis is her favourite and you'll only ever see her sailing this paticular one. Kagomiana This stallion is my first mate. He sails my ship, The Rusted Regata. He's tough and compassionate and very loyal. Ziahtan This is my thirdmate. He sometimes sails my ship, The Dirty Barnacle whenever my secondmate, Kiran is resting. He's a flirt and has telepathic powers. Kiran She is my secondmate. She sails my ship the Dirty Barnacle. She's the only female on board and is quite paculiar. But I trust her with my life! Captain Drake Captain Drake and I go waaaay back. And no, there's never been any romance there... I can't say we're exactly friends though we're no where near enemies. I trust him though, odd as that sounds. My father and his father sailed together long time ago. Tugo This stallion sailed with my crew for awhile before jumping ship and disapearing. TUrns out he's aboard Captain Drake's ship now, and somewhere he'd rather be. He has to pay though, you can't jump ship without punishment. Vagrant I met this stallion when my crew discovered him lounging on my beach. Imagine, MY beach! Handsome he was, yes, but you see, I can't have... other's knowing where I stash my treasures... So, I took him with us to my ship and my captive he remains... for now.
