This is a standard sweeper. You have speed and special attack evs to sweep. Just keep attacking with super effective or stab moves, until you die.

Special Tank

252 Defence/129 Hp/129 Special Defence
Calm Nature

Calm Mind
Aeroblast
Psychic
Recover

This is a tank that can take an attack and dish one back. The ev spread lets you take plenty of hits. Use calm mind until your health gets low, then recover. Calm mind as much as you like then use psychic and aeroblast to sweep away a team.

Sweeper

Adamant Nature

Aerial Ace
Waterfall
Raindance

This is a physical attacking version. It's physical moveset is lacking compared to it's special, but it can still work. I would start with rain dance to give waterfall a boost. With your base hp and defences you should survive a hit and sweep. Not to many stab moves, really only aerial ace.

This is an annoyer set. Its ment to annoy your opponent and slowly kill his pokemon. This set is easily countered by taunt, but is still a good one.Ev spread lets you take plenty of hits.

Overview

Lugia is a great addition to any team.
With all its movesets and great stats, it can be used for anything.
It was first introduced in Pokemon Gold and Silver.
It is "Uber", which means it is banned from standar play.
However this thing tears teams apart.
