Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl have transformed all Pokemon gamers.
Like most Pokemon games, you start in a small town, Twinleaf Town in this case, and you work your way through the gyms and the Elite Four.

But unlike the older Pokemon games, Diamond and Pearl are unique because of the WiFi feature, allowing players around the world to battle and trade. More features in these games are:

• Return of the Night/Day feature

• Ability to migrate Pokemon from Fire Red, Leaf Green, Sapphire, Ruby, and Emerald cartridges.

• Evolutions and pre-evolutions of older Pokemon, such as Mime Jr., Bonsly, Electrivire, Magmortar, two new additions to Eevee’s evolutions, and much
more for a total of 17 NEW evolutions!

• A GTS, standing for Global Trading Station, for users to trade people all over the world.

• A total of 177 NEW Pokemon.

• New HM moves.

The usage of the touch screen has influenced the gameplay as well. The touch screen and the key pad can both be used in battle, but the game utilizes the
touch screen very effectively.

Even after the Elite Four, the adventure continues on an island which includes more features, including a Diamond and Pearl Verson of the Battle Tower.
And the possibilities are unlimited if you can utilize the WiFi features.

This is by far the most revolutionary Pokemon game, one of the best in fact. Hopefully more Pokemon games like these two will follow soon in the future.
