At the request of the writer, we have used a false name and concealed the identity of the area. If this sounds familiar it it coincidence and you need to share your story.

Mr. X was a hard working man who remained single and lived with his mother.  Mr.X had a good career that he loved and things were going very well on the professional front. As time passed, Mr.X gained promotion, the only draw back was, it required relocating into an unfamiliar area. This naturally required considerable thought and Mr & Mrs X decided to accept the promotion and relocate.

A year had elapsed and after viewing a number of properties they chose the ideal home. Everything was going great, the house appeared to be in  good area, close to shops, public transport and a short drive from the country side. They made an offer for the property which was accepted, they moved shortly afterwards.

18 months later, Mr and Mrs X have lived to regret the move.  The stress from the neighbours has caused Mr X to have a break down which has caused him to loose his job and they are now both largely confined to the house.

Over the period of the last 2 years, Mr & Mrs X have had to endure a considerable amount of unsociable activity from 3 sets of neighbours. It has since come to light that this is why the previous home owners left.

 Mr X  says that they visited the area on several occassions, the SPIF never contained any information about the anti-social behaviour and the estate agent said it was a nice quiet area. Legal advise is being sought.
