Paramedics are now refusing to go to 9 addresses in the area because of threats both verbally and physically against them.

How long will it be before scum stop these ambulance crews from entering whole areas without a police escort. Constantly putting lives at risk these people are placing excessive pressure on valuable resources.

When will communities pull together and stop neighbours from hell putting decent peoples lives at risk.

Thomas and Agnes Ball claimed they suffered months of "mental torture" have FLED THEIR HOME after their flat was

broken into with belongings and cash stolen.

As they left the area for the final time and looked back to be given the final insult of threats against their person by the tormentors.

"NEIGHBOURS   FROM   HELL"   EVICTION  IS  A  LEGAL  LANDMARK

A FAMILY of "NEIGHBOURS FROM HELL" has been evicted by Wirral Council from a house off Laird Street, Birkenhead, in a Landmark case.

The eviction is the first of a secure tenant (in tenancy for over 12 months) by the N.N.T.

The evictions took place after months of fighting, drunken behaviour from the tennants family and a "Stream of Visitors to the House".

It is refreshing to see a council taking positive action against those who make communities lives a living hell.  Before this kind of action can be taken by any council,  a case has to be built up.  This evidence gathering procedure is a very lengthy process,  more often than not, taking many months to achieve.  This is assuming the council get the co-operation from the community and witnesses are not intimidated.

The other option is to leave the area,  why should you.  It is a fact that neighbour disputes start over something minor,  spiraling out of control and can last for many years.  In some cases becoming very expensive, ie boarder disputes.  Unfortunately,  when it is one neighbour against another, it very often considered tit for tat.  To tackle nuisance neighbours, you need the community to stick together,  but for a legitimate reason.
