1. DO YOU GIVE QUOTES AND HOW LONG ARE THEY VALID FOR ?
We know that selling a property can take a period of time which varies accordingly. Therefore, with this in mind, we will give you a quote for a specific requirement, this quote will then have permanent validation. The quote will guarentee a maximum value, our strategic planning is too such a high standard that we very often complete the task(s) lower than the quoted value.
ie - a quote prepared for Mrs Jones was to the value of £175, on completion of the task an invoice was delivered to the value of £150, very much to her delight.
2. DO YOU DO HOME VISITS ?
Yes. This is for genuine reasons. Our experience tell us that some of services are conducted for ver specific reasons to the client. It is important that we totally understand your requirements to ensure the best service to your specific needs.
3. WOULD YOU COMPLETE A HOME VISIT IF A FEMALE WAS IN THE PROPERTY ALONE?
Yes. This and similar situations have and will continue to arise. We are security conscious and have a strict policy under these circumstances to ensure your safety. We will explain the security procedure when required.
4. DO YOU BELIEVE IN THE HARD SELL APPROACH ?
NO! Under no circumstances do we endorse a hard sell approach. This is a service that requires mutual trust and we will treat you with total respect.
5. HOW DO YOU KNOW THE HARD SELL IS NOT IN PLACE ?
We only have one person attending your home, this is John BS(c) Dip (M) who you will have read about. As the business owner, he ensures relationship building with each client, continuity and an honest approach. This method forms part of our strategic planning and does not reveal the identity of our investigators.
6. WHAT HAPPENS IF WE ASK FOR THE SERVICE AND FIND WE NO LONGER REQUIRE IT ?
We will agree a start and finish date. If you cancel prior to the service starting, you will incurr no charges, after that date, we will come to a mutual arrangement that suits your specific circumstances.
