All coaches must complete a background check every year.

* Always check and re-check the web site OFTEN for revisions and dates of revisions, games may be subject to changes periodically.
* Remember your job is to teach the kids the game, always have good sportsmanship and be a good example despite all circumstances!!!!
* If referee does not show, coaches will referee the game.
* Coaches must turn in a completed team roster, work verification, and a non-board mastercard(if you are not a CPS employee), in order to participate in any season.
* Coaches must complete a time sheet at the end of the season to be paid.
* Referee fee for all games is $17.50 per game, per team.(one ref)
