BIOGRAPHICAL NOTIFICATIONS
Mikho (Mikheil) Mosulishvili was born in 1962 (tiger’s year), December 10th.
In 1986 he graduated from the Faculty of Geography-Geology of the Tbilisi State University (TSU). He has been working at invited editor in the magazine”Literaturuli Palitra”, ("Literary Palette").
He has published two books of stories which are translated into several languages.
In the Georgian TV, radio and dramatic theatres have staged several plays which have special rewards (Radio-plays: “The Wood-goblin”, “The Death of Guaram Mamfali”, “and The Spider”). He is the script author of the first Georgian detective soap opera “The Night of Small Stars.” He also is the author of TV-short play “My Friend Hitler” (by Iukio Mishima).
For the play “White Guard” was given the premium of the Union of Georgian Writers.
For the novel “The Timeless Knight” was given the first premium at the competition held up by “Bestseller”. This was followed by the novel “Flaying without a Tune”, which was a khavishnovel published by Bakur Sulakauri. In 2003 he published a documental novel “Bendela” dedicated to the hero of Abhazian War and a great football player - Zaza Bendeliani. In 2004 he published the book of miniatures "Swans Under The Snow".
Family: wife-Maka Varazanashvili, a daughter - Ani Mosulishvili and a white, Persian cat-Richard and Dutch dog - Finnegan, who is also a family members.
“Now, as for a little joke, I will translate my first name and surname into English: "Michael Comersoul-Portly", says Mikho Mosulishvili.
Since 1998 is honored to be the Cavalier of Dignity Medal.
He loves mountains and the old Chinese poetry and paintings.

“THE WOOD-GOBLIN”
The radio play tells the story of crazy countrymen who saw off the hands to the hermit, the man who is of course unlike them – “The Wood-goblin”.
They have committed this repulsive crime and then tell the story, as they would like it to be; of course they then try to justify their action.
It is incomprehensible whether it is recollection or deposition or confesses… So, the tragedy, which happened in the abandoned village ARCHANDA, is painted by the monologues of seven personages.
“THE DEATH OF GUARAM MAMPALI”
This radio play is dedicated to the memory of Irakli UchaneiSvili. It can be said that the role played by this artist in the radio play is one of his best roles.
Anyway, the author thinks, that Irakli Uchaneishvili’s play was so refined and charged with emotions that author saw his character more prominently.
The radio play concerns a difficult period in the history of Georgia. At that time this small country was between Arabia and Byzantium and was a subject of their direct or secret aggression. The hero of the play – Guaram Mampali, a real orthodox Christian, Firmness Based on his faith, is a representative of Bagrationi’s royal family and the King’s brother. This hero stands out against a background of such characters that use any means to reach the King’s throne. In their struggle for material welfare they didn’t disdain to use any means: they carry on intrigues, can shoot the bow from the back, can use the poison, and can use an enemy for fratricidal wars.
Guaram Mampali took the monastic vows. Satan visits him and conducts him a trial. At the beginning Satan struggles secretly and than directly, by can’t subdues Guaram spiritually and dumps him into an abyss. But the monk from Bagrationi’s family will join the suite of Devinne angels.
