If you dont know who Apnea is then you shouldn't be here! but in case you forgot Apnea is a band consisting of Nick DaCosta, Ben Melfi, Ryan Nichols and Eric Davis.

Alternative-metal band Apnea formed in 2002, featuring guitarist Nick Da Costa and drummer Eric Davis. There was no suitable vocalist or bassist in the band at this time. After the addition of Ryan Nichols on bass, the band began writing songs. After deciding Nick Da Costa would handle vocal duties, Apnea added guitarist Ben Melfi. Ben proved a perfect match for the already brilliant trio of Da Costa, Nichols, and Davis. With this new found success Apnea quickly became a more sought after, serious band.

The band has plans to play in the Southern Ontario and is currently recording the songs for their latest EP. All of the songs featured on this page are from earlier demo sessions and therefore do not reflect the quality, song structure and skill levels of the current Apnea.
