Directions From I-95:
Exit onto Route 100 EAST.
Exit onto Route 1 NORTH.
At the first traffic light, turn RIGHT onto Amberton Rd.
Make your first LEFT onto Selnick and your first RIGHT onto Santa Barbara Court.
Pass the Post Office on your LEFT.
At the second main entrance past the Post Office, turn LEFT.
There should be a sign on the first warehouse bay that says "Nello." The gym is about halfway down on your LEFT.
