Below is information about our daily schedule and our actual schedule.
Please keep in mind that this schedule is an outline and that we will be very flexible.
The children, their needs, their interests, and their individual schedules will determine our actual daily schedule.
We will eat breakfast every morning between 8:30 and 9:00; during the
morning we will do activities such as reading books, doing flannel board
stories, playing with puppets, singing songs, learning poems and nursery
rhymes, dancing and stretching, playing games, playing inside or outside,
taking walks, blowing bubbles, painting with all sorts of different things
including our fingers, coloring, creating arts and crafts, playing with play dough,
doing simple circle time-type activities, etc.; Lunch will be
between 11:30 and 12:00; nap will be from 12:00 to 2:30. Afternoon snack
will be from 3:00 to 3:30 or whenever the child wakes up. In the
afternoons we will do many of the same types of activities that we did in
the morning, mainly free-play either inside or outside. We will try to start
cleaning up by 5:00 each day and getting ourselves ready to go home.
Infant Schedule
0-9 mos. - Younger Infants
... will eat and sleep whenever they are hungry and tired. When awake
they will be held, laying on the floor with me beside them, in a bouncer
seat or other device designed to keep them safe while allowing them to
be a part of the group. They will receive even more individual attention
when the older children are asleep.
9 - 18 months - Older Infants
... will follow basically the same schedule as the older children except
that they will have a morning nap in addition to their afternoon nap.
They also may not participate in all of the same craft and learning

alternative activity that is more age appropriate for them.

Each child will have his/her needs met and will receive
individual attention each day. I will spend time with each child: talking to them,
holding them, rocking them, playing with them, teaching them, etc.
throughout each day. This may take place as they arrive, during an activity,
during diaper/potty time, as they wait to go home, and at many
other times throughout the day.
