UPDATE-O Well, I know the amazing crew of Gaku-Touhou has their own page for releasing, but I just had to put the newest Touhou doujin, Variant Youyoumu 2 (MAHJONG!) up here, partly because I edited it, partly because it's balls to the wall epic. Thanks to Pilpsie and Akira for the translations! Keep your eyes on Gensokyo for future releases. Also, if you have a little time, my friend from film school looks like he's got a shot at rocking the "What Would You Do For a Klondike Bar" contest. ARCHIVES UPDATE Thanks to the very generous help of Thesilentreviewer I'm glad to say the effort to get everything back up is finally picking up steam. Basically everything but the Fate page should be back up for direct download, that should be done by the end of the weekend but please let me know if any of the links on the Tsukihime page still don't work. WHEN IT RAINS IT POURS Hello! So it looks like Moogy's hosting died, completely wiping out everything we had up there. We're trying to get it all back up, you can thank Benny for his valiant efforts compiling all the various doujin goodness. Shouldn't be too long until we have everything up for direct download again, until then try rapidsearching and you should be able to find most of what you're looking for. Huge thanks first and foremost to Kuma for putting in the time and effort translating all the notoriously verbose passages. Ahh, the UPDATE never ends! And it's only like three weeks overdue! (Sorry!) Lots and lots and lots of stuff and some suprises! She really is too hard on herself, so sad TT_TT Shingakeppuchi: Saber apparently can't cook. Hilarious antics (maybe) ensue. Dark Saber? Square Root Mitsuzuri: If there is one thing this website has taught me, it is that Mitsuzuri and Rider go together. For Tsukihime: Badluck Vampire: Isn't it sad, Sacchin? The Nanaya Rumors: Only Last for One Night: A few stories of pure hilarity. Les Arts Martiaux: Akiha isn't really a great sister, it appears. Here comes some other stuff! First of all, Angel Notes. I'm sure many of you have read it, but it's a Nasu written story about an Angel on Earth. It is a wonderfully touching story, so please read it from the F/SN page if you get the chance and haven't. Second of all, Kaleido Prisma Ilya. We're talking TYPE-MOON Magical Girl Ilya. What more could you want? Third of all... Is that Umineko you see on the side bar? Well, it just so happens that it is! Yes, Gaku Gaku Animal Land is editing Ryukishi07's new series' manga, Umineko no Naku Koro Ni! This chapter was edited by Sterling01 and tled by TheAceFrehley, but I believe I will be editing the rest, though not completely sure! A rather large UPDATE! Have you noticed some small changes on the side? Yes, Gaku Gaku Animal Land now releases Watanagashi-hen and Tatarigoroshi-hen! However, these are not edited by members of Gaku Gaku Animal Land. Rather, they are edited by The Higurashi Project! Members include Yui Jegnan and Atashi translating Watangashi-hen, Emma translating Tatarigoroshi-hen, Vladimir Harkonnen editing Watanagashi-hen, Vladimir Harkonnen, CriCri, and Yakuri editing Tatarigoroshi-hen, and Gitami proofreading it all. Thanks go to them for letting us release through GGAL and getting us even more visitors! Chapters 1-4 of Watanagashi-hen have been scanlated and chapters 1-7 of Tatarigoroshi-hen have been scanlated. This chapter isn't NEAR as depressing as the last one, so don't worry. However, it's still pretty interesting, we learn a bit more about what the hell is going on. I do apologize, there is a rather difficult to edit page at the start that remains, along with the magazine cover and an ad page. I could've edited the page with Mion and the red text, but the sheer amount of effort is ridiculous, and it contains absolutely no story info, unless you are incapable of realizing it is chapter 7, but I guess it does say the time is 2AM on June 22nd, at the Assembly Hall, but I wander. Anyways, there is one good reason why I didn't edit that page: I want to finish this arc in 6 days. I hate to get your hopes up in case I mess up, but this is my goal. UPDATE-O!! Once again we've got a release that runs the full gamut! First off, I'm elated to introduce another arc of Higurashi we're proud to be undertaking! Since Mion is featured prominently in Yoigoshi, it seems only appropriate we bring you something with her charming (allbeit occasionally deranged) twin Shion. Please enjoy chapter 1 of Utsutsukowashi-hen! "A prequel to Meakashi-hen. Shion is sent away to the all-girls school, St. Lucia Academy, for confinement. One day, a male teacher's body was found in the school swimming pool and the first discoverer, Kōsaka Mizuho, is summoned to the chairman's office to report the details. Shion hears rumors about how Mizuho's grandmother is after Mizuho's life and the girl is taking refuge in the school, so Shion approaches the aloof Mizuho."
