AoM is a relatively new clan in Battlefront II, created June 5th, 2007. We have about 20 members only but with so few members, we have accomplished so much in so little time, including beating some of the strongest clans in BF2 history. In every war we fight, we play courageously and without fear.We plan on dominating.

A clan as good as ours didn't just start with a bunch of noobs getting together trying to make a name for themselves. AoM's beginnings consisted of elite soldiers that established themselves with skill and general prominence. In short, we PWNed hard to get to where we are now. The people responsible for the initial creation of this clan are Merc and Orange (former leaders of a great clan) Booyah and Dustyn (also former leaders of an awesome clan).

The four gathered together amongst the ruins of their tattered clans and decided to start anew. It was Orange who suggested the name "Alliance of Mercenaries" and Dustyn who created the tag that all AoM members wear proudly. All four are in charge of monitoring recruitment and other responsibilities which have not been established yet.

We try to hold tryouts at least once a day. On good days, we may even have TWO tryout servers up at once. Tryouts take place in maps like DeathStar, Polis Massa, Tantive IV, Coruscant.

Most clans make you get a certain amount of kills to gain membership. In AoM, you can kill as many people as you can count. That doesn't mean you have skill. We see through that, and assess you based on versatility, sportsmanship and a whole bunch of other things. Getting in can take as long as two hours or as short as two minutes. Anything can happen.

In AoM, you can only multi-clan for 30 days. After that, you must choose what clan you wish to be apart of, AoM or the other. Exceptions are hardly ever made.

And you must have XFIRE . It is an online chat program that helps you keep in touch with all of your gaming friends.
