"Roast baby?" "Baby margaritas?" "Bloody baby marys?" These are the sassy intrigues of participants in a discussion about abortion on the website of an international feminist magazine.

Bust magazine styles itself as a hip "girl" resource with a website that offers a "lounge," or discussion forum.

A WND reader who has contributed for about three years to a politics forum on the site, called "As the World Turns," said he recently has become "absolutely shocked by the statements I've read there, of feminists so jaded that they are freely joking about eating dead babies, and of the many ways that they could cook up their own abortions and dine on them."

Earlier this month, a contributor who goes by "isobel123," wrote that "the problem with adoption is, we really enjoy killing babies and would hate to have to miss out on that. We love squishing their little baby heads and watching their little baby brains come out their little baby eyesockets as their little chubby baby arms writhe helplessly in little chubby baby pain."

Last Thursday, "charliebaby," in response to a previous post, wrote "your roast baby sounds like a wonderful thanksgiving/christmas dinner. mmmmmmmm..... "

"Lilacwhine," on Jan. 15, wrote of sipping a martini and twirling "the dead baby around in it."

"Charliebaby" responded that "of course there are baby margeritas! [sic] but you really must try the bloody baby marys!"

"It's a weakness we feminists have, us and our baby killing," wrote "dinaofdoom."

A poster called "angstgrrl" offered a poem:

IF I KILL MY EX CAN I HAVE A BRAVERY AWARD?

Last night I considered killing my abusive ex partner again. Not for the first time either. For a short while I fantasised about going out and getting a can of petrol and a box of matches. I thought that I could creep into her bedroom while she was sleeping and douse her and then throw a lighted match on her body. Then I could stand and watch as the flames melt her flesh and she thrashed in agony on the burning bed. As she sucked in air between screams the terrible fire surrounding her would be inhaled into her lungs. Searing them like burnt pork left on a barbecue too long. She would go quiet and still eventually. I would be judge, jury and executioner all in one.

Naturally if I did such a horrific thing the police would arrest me. I would be accused of murder and thrown into jail. Eventually an organisation would contact me and tell me it was fighting to get me released from prison and was ?supporting? me because the members of the organisation feel I am ?a brave victim? and not a murderer at all. After all, my ex partner abused me and I felt so fearful that I burnt her to death in her bed while she was sleeping. The fact that I could have chosen to leave while she was sleeping will be explained away by some unproven masculinist theory such as, ?learned helplessness syndrome.? Male psychiatrists will queue up to claim that the condition is very real and men who are victims of DV suffer from it all the time.

As the organisation fought on my behalf to get me released I would come to see that for abuse victims who murder there are a myriad of excuses available. Judges and lawyers will mentally re write laws of evidence and traditional views about the pre meditated nature of my murderous act. Politicians will suspend normal judgement and join in the fight to set me free while at the same time, drafting new laws to make certain that no other victim of domestic violence was ever prevented from killing their partner and getting away with it. Far from being seen as hysterical reactions from knee jerk prone idiots, the politicians will be praised for showing victims of domestic violence compassion. The press of course (still run largely by men who habitually oppress women) will side with me too.

Eventually the court of appeal will dismiss the case against me and I will be set free. I will be met at the prison gates by members of the organisation that got me out of my sentence and driven away to my new home that the government insists I should have as a victim of domestic violence. All of this makes murdering a partner that you no longer want a very attractive proposition. In fact, claim abuse (don't worry, you will not have to actually prove you were abused) and you can get money, celebrity status, a new home and a get out of jail free card too. Even better, no one will consider my act of burning my partner to death while she was helpless and asleep as the act of a very sick mind and so, they will hand me the kids too. Of course it is a mind that was made sick by years of abuse but hey, it wont need any treatment, just lots of sympathy. If you are married and divorce seems like a long winded pain in the butt don't worry. If it works for me it will work for you. With any luck some tabloid will offer you a fortune for your story too. Just kill the bitch. You know it makes sense.

How do I get the celebrity status you might ask? Well it works like this: First get your petrol and matches. Then do the deed and go to trial and be found guilty by a jury of reasonable people. Then wait for the organisation to show up and get you freed. In a little while you will be invited to an award ceremony and the prime ministers wife (incidentally a QC) will hand you your reward and call you brave.

No way! I hear you cry. Or do I? Perhaps you are unaware that this kind of thing is rapidly becoming normal in Great Britain. Perhaps you don't care, in which case you are just unaware. Perhaps you do know and you don't care, in which case you are very sick.

Only it wont work for me. See, I am not female and you have to be female to qualify for all the benefits of murder. As a man it will just be assumed that you are making up a tale of abuse in order to get a lighter sentence. As a man you will be vilified for your cruelty and locked away with a promise from Jack Straw that, ?In this case, life means life!? The same Jack Straw who said, ?Domestic violence is what men do to women.? The same Jack Straw who has become so feminised that I often wonder if he secretly desires periods. The same Jack Straw who repeatedly turns away from the evidence that women abuse men as much as men abuse women. Evidence that he knows exists but that he would rather not acknowledge because, presumably, he wants to look like a hero to women and there is no gain in admitting that men suffer DV too. Everywhere you go these days, the noise and confusion is all about how "it's not my fault."

Someone or something else is always to blame. Taking personal responsibility just doesn't seem to be cool these days. Blame the system, blame society, blame "culture" ... or blame men.

All the above excuses are bad ones, but the last one is particularly irritating to those of us with a Y chromosome. Men are always being branded as the root of all evil in society (and all of history, for that matter). We always seem to be the scapegoats no matter what happens.

And guess what? We're all too willing to sit there and take it.

Is it because we're too stupid? Hardly. Most of us know very well that the "male blame game" is a crock of smelly manure.

But we men are supposed to be tough, aren't we? We're supposed to "be a man" and accept any burden because it's part of our masculine heritage, right?

(Hey, that's what we're told about the right way to do things!)

And it is a nice idea in theory, because the strongest, toughest men are the most admired men in society. And weak men are despised by pretty much everyone, including other men.

But the "strong, silent" stereotype is also the reason why we keep getting blamed for every problem under the sun - men are easy targets thanks to our belief that we shouldn't complain when things get tough.

But it's time to put a stop to that and start acting like a real man.

Letting other people blame you (as a man) for something that you didn't do is NOT the manly way to do it.

Being male means MORE than being tough enough to handle pressure. It means standing up for the right thing. It means standing up for yourself when you've been unjustly accused.

And THAT'S a lot tougher to do than just "taking it."

Since when should you apologize for being male?

Since when is everything your fault because some feminist group has decided they don't like something they don't agree with?

Since when should you feel guilty for being a man and doing male things and thinking male thoughts?

Being a man is not a sin, no matter how badly some women (and certain man-hating sectors of society) would like you to believe it.

So stop rolling over and accepting responsibility for something that isn't wrong in the first place. Be proud to be a man and let it show. Don't let anyone talk down to you for being male. Teach your sons that it's okay to be a boy, and that the problems of the world aren't the exclusive domain of the male gender.

Refuse to accept that you should feel ashamed for thinking about sex. Just because a group of hysterical feminist man-haters and religious fundamentalists can't handle the fact that we're all sexual beings doesn't mean you have to agree with them.

And don't let anyone tell you that men are the source of every problem out there, either.

Sure, we've made some mistakes, but we've done a lot of good too, and the last time we checked the human race is a lot better off now than in the distant past.

In fact, the worst of the problems that people are now complaining about have surfaced SINCE the attack on men began, not before.

Male violence, for example, is supposedly the scourge of civilization despite the fact that most males are far more inclined to protect others from violence (especially women) than to initiate aggression.

Male competitiveness, slandered for "creating" and "promoting" inequality these days, is what's driven us to do things better, faster, cheaper, and more efficiently all throughout history.

Male sexuality and masculinity (attacked on all sides as the feminists try to turn us into pseudo-females with penises) is what all women except lesbians have been biologically designed to crave and desire - otherwise the human race would have died out eons ago.

Do you see a connection there?

Men are the way that men are, because it's worked. But now, thanks to political correctness, we're being blamed for being the successful products of many generations of sexual evolution.

So stop apologizing for being a man.

There's nothing wrong with being male. Don't be afraid to defend your gender when your half of the sexual divide is slandered for being too sexual, too violent, too aggressive, too single-minded, or whatever imaginary evil is the flavor of the day in polite society.

We realize that defending yourself isn't as easy as just sitting there and getting embarrassed and feeling apologetic, of course.

But hey -- you're a man, right? And it's your role to do the tough jobs that no one else will do. That includes defending yourself from slander and baseless remarks that are designed to weaken you.

Women want strong men with some backbone and a pair of balls. So show them some the next time they try to emasculate you.

Don't accept responsibility for things that aren't your fault. But do accept responsibility for stating emphatically and firmly that there's nothing wrong with being male. Show some pride, and don't let anyone tell you any different.

We'll bet that that's advice you haven't heard lately, but we mean every word: Women want strong men, and strong men don't "take the pain" and feel guilty for something that's not their error in the first place. Strong men set the record straight and take on anyone who attempts to twist around the facts!

Think about that the next time you hear men being attacked. It's time for a change.
