Antietam Bassmasters

It is aways nice to end the year with a Tx. that everyone  puts fish in the boat. But  the rivers are are low. There  are options but most are on water that many of us have not run. I would hate to see someone bust up their jet.  I'm leaning for Lower Potomac. Never fished it this late but it is water we can run without tearing someones boat up.
