The meal must have put Nicole in a particularly frisky mood - in addition to posing for photos with fans and flashing all manner of goofy expressions on her way out to the car the usually-reticent starlet smiled at our photographers and wished everyone happy holidays!

Britney, 25, took 15-year-old Jamie-Lynn Spears to a seedy tattoo parlour in Los Angeles for a late-night visit. It's unclear exactly what happened there last night, but perhaps the singer was having a little redesign work done.
Two years ago she and K-Fed had matching dice tattooed on their wrists as a symbol of their enduring love. According to an eyewitness last night she was having hers altered into something less embarrassing. Let's hope that's a lesson for her kid sister.

The home rented by Evangeline Lilly and two Lost crew members in Hawaii burned to the ground early this morning. "Yes, it is unfortunately true that her home in Hawaii burned down this morning," Lilly's rep confirmed. "Thankfully, Evangeline is safe as she was on set already when it occurred. There is no official statement, and I have no further comment or information to provide at this time." The captain of the Honolulu fire department confirmed the house was empty at the time of the blaze. "When we arrived the house was fully engulfed," he said. "It was a complete loss. Miss USA Headed to Rehab
Miss USA Tara Conner is headed to rehab after allegations of sexual misconduct and underage drinking nearly cost her the crown.
“She parties like one of the guys,” pal Jay Galvin tells Us of Conner, who turned 21 yesterday and moved to New York shortly after her Miss USA win in April. “She drinks Jack Daniels like it’s water.”
Adds another NYC nightclub source, “Tara goes through guys like nobody’s business.” (Rumored hookups include Travis Barker and MTV VJ Damien Fahey.)
During a press conference on Tuesday, Donald Trump told reporters: “She’s agreed to go into rehab. She knows that if she makes even the slightest mistake from here on, she will be immediately replaced.”
The Miss Universe Organization co-owner explained that he will use Conner as a role model. “I believe she can do a tremendous service to young people,” Trump said.
TMZ has video of a tearful Conner thanking Trump for letting her keep her title saying, “In no way did I think it would be possible for a second chance to be given to me.”
She then gushed, “I’ve had a very big blessing bestowed on me. It truly takes someone with a wonderful heart, a heart of gold and a blessed soul.”

Britney Spears has reportedly bought a $7.2 million home near Mulholland Drive in Beverly Hills. "Britney looked at it on Thursday, December 7," says a source. "She brought like seven or eight people. They were her bodyguards and a few male dancer friends. She stayed for five hours and said she wanted the house immediately. She then got ready in one of the bedrooms at the house for her night out on the town. She took forever to do her hair and makeup. It was such a scene! She came off as very high maintenance. Nicole Richie may be arrested
Nicole Richie's arrest on Monday for driving while drugged out could have serious repercussions for the pill-popping stoner.
As our friend at Cops Online explain:
A judge would be forced to sentence Richie to jail if convicted on this charge because Nicole's recent arrest is actually her second DUI.
In 2002, she pleaded no contest to Driving Under the Influence.
And, per California state law, a judge must impose a mandatory sentence of five consecutive days in county jail as well as a one year license suspension for anyone twice-convicted of DUI.
Additionally, Nicole would be ordered to attend an alcohol eduction program for a year-and-a-half, even if the second conviction is not alcohol-related.
Richie was given three years probation for her 2002 DUI conviction and had her license suspended for one year. Six months after that incident, she was arrested again - this time for possession of heroin and for driving with a suspended license.
Wow.
If only they were filming The Simple Life now. This would be great television!

In October 2002, Nicole was arrested at NYC club Bungalow for an assault charge (which was later dropped).
Richie revealed to Vanity Fair this year that before her second stint in rehab for heroin addiction, she had gotten into five car accidents. "Two were totals," she said.
Also, Us Weekly reports that the week prior to her December 11th arrest, Nicole went out partying six out of seven nights. And, on December 9th witnesses saw her on a particularly wild night at Hyde lounge, where bottle after bottle of alcohol was brought to her table and she "drank and drank" all night long.

Paris Hilton has leapt to the defense of her new BFF Britney Spears in light of the recent media allegations that she has been partying too much. Hilton posted a bulletin on her MySpace page that reads:
"I told Brit I'd write a bulletin on here to try to clear some news to at least the people who are on my list...
Lately, you've been seeing pics of me and Britney partying (blah blah) and she knows that some of her fans are very upset about what they call her "behavior" and sadly they're blaming the issue on her being friends with me. Yeah, me and Brit have become really close in the past few weeks, and we've gone out alot in the past few nights, but I never influence anything she does, and neither does anyone else.
Brit is her own person and she deals with her own things everyday. For people to call out her parenting skills on behalf of her partying ethics is appalling. Britney loves her kids to death, and I know for a fact that it truly hurts her when she sees these cruel things being written about her.
She goes home every night to her babies and partying has not come in the way of her parenting.
Anyone who has called her out on this should really be ashamed. There are thousands of mothers out there who like to go out and have a good time. But, you do not see people out there calling them 'bad parents.' She's young, and if she wants to go out and have some fun, let her. Just because she does these things does not mean she doesn't care about her children. For the sake of Britney and her kids, be kind.

It may be winter, but love springs anew for Nicole Richie and Good Charlotte's Joel Madden.

According to In Touch Weekly Britney Spears exposed her drugs while
at a restroom in a Hollywood restaurant.
On November 27 Britney dined at Dan Tana's restaurant in West Hollywood -

pop Oxycontin then wash it all down with vodka!"
The insider, who claims to be a member of Lindsay's entourage and a close
friend, say they are exposing her behavior in order to help the young star.
The source explained: "I've spent many drink and drug-fuelled nights with
Lindsay. I'm only coming forward now because I want to save her life."
Oxycontin, which is a legal painkiller, can have same effect as morphine or
heroin but with less risk of fatality.
The drug is very expensive because it is so strictly regulated.
Lindsay - who has been spotted going into AA meetings and seen wearing a 90
days sober badge given out by the support group - recently rubbished
speculation she had dabbled with drugs.
She said: "I don't do drugs. That's something I would never do."

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly set to marry in South Africa in a pre-Christmas ceremony in a village near Johannesburg.
The couple are said to have chosen a small picturesque village just outside

A "source" tells Daily Mail website: "they are treating their marriage like a spiritual affirmation and don't need big Hollywood glitz like Tom Cruise had in Italy."

Al Gore To Lindsay Lohan: Not Now Not Ever
Al Gore has denied he is going to help Lindsay Lohan salvage her reputation.
The 20-year-old actress sent an email to friends and lawyers claiming the
former US Vice President had offered to help her clean up her image, but he
has been quick to disassociate himself from the claims.
In a statement released yesterday (12.07.06), a representative for Gore
said: "I can confirm for you that Mr. Gore has only met Ms. Lohan once, very
briefly, at the GQ Men of the Year dinner last week. There were hundreds of
other guests."
Lindsay had claimed in her email: "Al Gore will help me. He came up to me
and said he would be very happy to have a conversation with me."
She also wrote: "Hilary (sic) Clinton, Bill Clinton.... would be willing, if
we just ask. If we just ASK."
But representatives for both Bill and Hilary have refused to comment on the
subject.
Lindsay wanted to call upon the politicians to help her, "release a
politically/morally correct, fully adequite [sic] letter to the press," as a
vehicle for her opinions on, "how our society should be educated for the

Weekend Wedding Bells Won't Ring for Beyoncé, Jay-Z
Jay-Z may have 99 problems, but keeping quiet a secret wedding ain't one.
A rep for Beyoncé Knowles, the recently unretired rapper's significant other for the better part of four years, has denied now-rampant rumors that the first couple of hip-hop are preparing to tie the knot in a hush-hush ceremony this weekend.
Or at least, what would have been a hush-hush ceremony, before gossip columnists and Internet sites got wind of the supposed news.
The "Irreplaceable" singer's spokesperson told Reuters that, as far as she knew, Beyoncé had no plans to become Mrs. Z (or legally, Mrs. Shawn Carter) either this weekend or at any date in the near future.
Though that's not to say a celebration of some sort won't be taking place.
The rumor traces back to the New York Post, which earlier this week had a gossip item claiming the 25-year-old Dreamgirl and her beau were using Hova's 37th birthday party as a smokescreen for secret nuptials.
According to the newspaper, the couple, along with friends, family and fellow record label execs, are all heading to St. Bart's this weekend for a four-day bash, in honor of Jay-Z's Dec. 4 birthday. The Post also reported that while abroad, the couple had plans to quietly ferry partygoers to Anguilla's Cap Juluca, a five-star resort the singer and Def Jam chieftan reportedly staked out earlier this year, to witness to the vow swap.
Turns out, the report may have been inaccurate on more than one count.
The New York Daily News reports that not only is a secret wedding not taking place, but the couple has already returned from their Caribbean jaunt. The bash actually took place last weekend, the paper claims, not this coming one.
If nothing else, reports of the down-low ceremony show just how fast the gossip tides can change.
Just last week, the Web was rampant with reports that the twosome had quietly separated, after Jay-Z fans with a little too much free time dissected the lyrics to one of the rapper's new tracks, "Lost One."
The track goes: "I don't think it's meant to be, B/ For she loves the work more than she does me/ And, honestly, at 23, I would probably love my work more than I did she/ So we ain't we, it's me and her." Based on those lyrics, enterprising fans spread the word that the power couple was kaput.
Never mind that Jay-Z's real-life "B" is actually 25.
As it is, even if the rumors of a secret wedding turned out to be true, the odd timing of the ceremony would make for a less than leisurely honeymoon. Beyoncé is due back in Los Angeles on Monday for the West Coast premiere of Dreamgirls.
In the meantime, there may be another bash on the horizon.
Both Beyoncé and Jay-Z added to their Grammy nominations Thursday, with the former Destiny's Child frontwoman nabbing solo nods for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance, for "Ring the Alarm," and Best Contemporary R&B album, for B'Day, as well as a joint nod with her rapper beau for their collaboration on "Déjà Vu."

Tori Spelling is holding a yard sale today (12.08.06).
The pregnant actress - who received a minimal share of her TV producer
father Aaron's fortune when he died - will be selling off household items
and 'Beverly Hills 90210' memorabilia at her home in California.
Tori told People magazine: "I'm having the sale because we're moving and my
taste has changed.
"Plus I'm a notorious pack rat - I keep everything. And I wanted to get
organized before the baby arrives, so this seemed the perfect time to clean
house. It feels good!"
The former 'Beverly Hills 90210' actress and her husband, actor Dean
McDermott, want to buy a property to convert into a bed and breakfast for
their forthcoming reality TV show with Oxygen cable network.
Filming began two weeks ago and the couple looked at potential properties
for the first time this week.
Tori said: "It's been really fun so far! But we're going to decorate the bed
and breakfast in a modern way, so I'm going to sell all the shabby
chic-style furniture and accessories I've collected over the years.
"And jeans that my pregnant butt can't fit into anymore."
The sale at their Studio City home also includes vintage and new designer
clothes, her antique Chintzware collection, signed scripts, artwork and
chandeliers.
Tori's father Aaron Spelling died aged 83 after suffering a stroke in June
this year.
He created a host of classic TV shows, including 'Dynasty', 'T.J. Hooker'
and 'Hart to Hart'.
Due to a family feud Tori did not fair well when the legendary producer's

KFed Desperate Plea for Attention
Not to be outdone by his estranged wife's recent publicity extravaganza, Kevin Federline had his lawyer's rep invite the media to a dinner "event" with KFed. Federline's people then issued a ridiculous press release hoping to spread the word that their client had cultivated a new image and was hoping to land a few movie roles. "Upon leaving the restaurant Kevin was met and interviewed by EXTRA and E! which will air Wednesay," the release says. "Life + Style and the Sun asked questions and Kevin responded to them, while a reporter from People magazine looked on. They were all interested about what Kevin was up to with his career and treated him with much respect." The New York Post is reporting that Britney Spears's recent partying has caught the attention of the LA Department of Children and Family Services. An insider told the paper, "The department has been calling Britney trying to set up a meeting with her, so they can check on Sean Preseton and Jayden James. The calls started after this recent bout of bizarre public behavior." The source also says Britney's family are equally concerned, especially with last week's very public and very intimate candid shots of the popstar seen all over the internet. Britney's mom, Lynne, "is very disturbed and has been trying to get a hold of Britney, but she can't," says the insider. "Lynne, Britney's brother, Brian, and her dad, Jamie, are very upset and are trying to stage an intervention with [manager] Larry Rudolph's help." A rep for Children and Family Services in LA did not return calls. US mag is also reporting that Britney's father is concerned. "He was not happy with her antics..." a source said. "He told her that she's a grown woman and needs to act like one, and she's been making bad decisions."

Her granola should come from LA's La Brea Bakery, while her yogurt had to be Dannon and her potato chips Lay's. But the most outrageous demands weren't even on the list - she also insisted on a $20,000 spray tanning booth and a personal masseuse on hand at all times.
"Lindsay hates to look too pale, so this way she was always tanned," a set insider says. "It was a huge expense." Britney pulled out due to um...partying way too much with new BFF Paris Hilton and getting WAY to much media attention over the you-know-what incident(s). Singer Lance Bass and Reichen Lehmkuhl have called it quits!
Lance Bass and his boyfriend, Reichen Lehmkuhl, have called it quits, People magazine reported on its website Monday.
Bass, who was part of the boy band 'N Sync, revealed earlier this year that he is gay and was in a relationship with Lehmkuhl, a former U.S. air force captain and winner of season 4 of CBS's "Amazing Race."
The 27-year-old singer told People in July that he didn't earlier disclose his sexuality because he didn't want to affect 'N Sync's popularity.
"The thing is, I'm not ashamed - that's the one thing I want to say," Bass told the magazine. "I don't think it's wrong, I'm not devastated going through this. I'm more liberated and happy than I've been my whole life."
'N Sync, known for a string of hits including "Bye Bye Bye" and "It's Gonna Be Me," went on hiatus in 2002. Bass has also made headlines for undertaking astronaut training and failing to raise money for a trip into space.
Lehmkuhl, 32, has said he admired Bass's decision to disclose his sexuality. Lehmkuhl has a new book, "Here's What We'll Say," which recounts his time keeping his sexual orientation a secret from air force colleagues.

Kate Under Fire for Fur Campaign
KATE MOSS is the latest celeb to come under criticism from animal rights groups after fronting Burberry campaign that contains fur. The World Society for the Protection of Animals wrote a letter to Moss and says, "I've written in the hope that she will think twice before wearing or advertising fur in the future." A rep for Burberry insists that their use of fur is as humane as possible and says, "There will be occasions where the use of fur will be...important to the design and aesthetics of a product. We will not use fur if there is a serious concern that the fur has been produced by the unacceptable treatment of the animals concered."
