Vampire Kissesby Ellen Schreiber

Cover Image   Raven is an outcast in her small town and a misfit in her family.  She is a goth girl who is obsessed with vampires.  There is an abandoned mansion in town that is rumored to be haunted.  A boy and his butler move into the mansion and are descendants of the original owner.  Raven is drawn to the boy, Alexander.  He is worldly, having been tutored at home and well travelled.  Raven is convinced that Alexander is actually a vampire because he rarely leaves his room and ventures outside in the nighttime.  Although the novel has elements of vampirism, it is actually more of a love story between a regular girl and a very different sort of boy.  Check out the sequels, Kissing Coffins and Vampire Kisses 3: Vampireville.
