Greetings from Baby Land! After another long swim at the local pond on Friday afternoon (the actual due date - July 20!), Anna felt some mild contractions, and the birthing of our baby boy began. It came to completion Sunday morning at 1:22 AM, after a beautiful labor day Saturday, with incredible help from Anna's sister, Maria, and our amazing midwife and nurse staff. Mom, Dad and son are ecstatic, very sleepy, and in good health. Here are the basic facts:
Who: Eliot Leland Sanborn, son to Anna Heidenreich and Chris Sanborn
What: 7 pound, 7 ounce boy
When: July 22, 2007 (7.22.07) at 1:22 AM
Where: Born in Greenfield, Massachusetts
Why: To add Joy, Love, and Peace to our world
