Introduction
So this page is the index to any simming contests I take part in ... whether it's for a sim or for a building.
House for Christina
So ... I'm a member of a Forum by the name of Legacyland. Recently, one of the ladies came to us asking for help in building a house for her sims. She's looking for a house that has room for a dance/music studio to be used as a home business venue. There are two families that will be living in the house, so that necessitates two master suites plus rooms for children. She would like the residential portion of the lot to be under the same roof as the studio, but she does want them to be separate in that visitor access to the house is easily restricted to only the public areas of the lot.
The house cannot be on a 5x5 lot (therefore must be 4x4 or less) and it cannot be more than two floors. The location will be a downtown setting, so building in the downtown area is recommended. She prefers if the house is mostly unfurnished. Kitchens and bathroom fixtures are allowed, but she prefers if these items were Maxis only (recolors are fine). She hopes for at least three bathrooms (one of which can be for public use). That's pretty much all she stipulated. That being said - here is my attempt:

Keith Urban
So another one of my simming buddies from Legacy Land has a yen for Keith Urban. I will admit, he's a bit of alright. Okay. He's pretty hawt. Although, I'm more partial to Karl Urban (no relation). Anyway, she's begged us all (asking us whose butt she has to kiss) to create a sim of Keith. Who am I to refuse such a heartfelt request?
