 After people began to demonstrate mysterious abilities from birth, the governments of the world fell into utter chaos. One organization, Ashuram, is composed of these ability-burdened people, who are called E's. Its goal is to preserve order among the E's that roam the streets, and to help bring order back to the world. But what is Ashuram's true motive? |
