 The year is 20XX. In order to sustain self-reliant public peace, the government has decided to permit people to carry firearms under certain restrictions.
This turned Tokyo into a haven for outlaws. People living or working in areas like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Roppongi and Akihabara now suffer a life of oppression and the threat of violence is everywhere.
Crime syndicates, be it organized or disorganized, are against one another. However, there's a group of oddjobbers in town who annoys them all equally, and even feared by each one of them. They're four girls named Jo, Meg, Sei and Amy. No-one knows who they are, where they came from, or what they are after.
One day, a boy named Kyohei comes to work for them as a cook. He has no idea who the girls are at first, but when the girls get involved in a robbery at a military compound, all hell breaks loose, and that changes the boy's life forever!
