Materials:
Box of tooth picks
Small ball of clay about an inch in diameter
Problem:
Build a tower using only the said items. Build it as high as you can without having to hold it to prevent the tower from falling. You have one minute to think about how you might tackle the situation then you have two minutes to make it. You are NOT allowed to touch the materials until you begin construction on your tower. When your two minutes are up measure your completed tower. Record your measurement and take a picture of it if you have a digital camera or sketch it, then bring it to your team to show.
