The NASSL is a nationally registered charity and we representative the County of Lancashire.  Our dedicated animal welfare workers promote neutering, along with helping rescue, stray and abandoned animals. Where possible we find them good homes and we NEVER have an healthy animal put down.

We fundraise by doing street collections and supermarket collections.   We have 9 rescue cats that live with us permanently but we pay the veterinary cost for a lot of other animals as well.

     It is estimated that one dog & her pups in 6 years can produce approximately 67,000 pups
