I think its just disgraceful that for years and years we have all been "smokescreened" by all of these companies. They make me sick just knowing that these beautiful creatures have been destroyed just so these corporations can make money... I hope there are people out there still who do have a heart, and they BOYCOTT these shameful business. Thank you for uploading this website - very informative - very specific ...I'm very touched with your fight for justice for these amazing animals.

Hi Jan
Jacky is certainly happier thesedays.
Some of those babies were rescued and some not. Rescuing is not as easy as it sounds, there is much red tape to get through, then funds are required, then a place need to be found for them in the already overcrowded care centres and many other problems to encounter before a successful rescue happenes yes the baby in the box survived and is in a care centre. thanks for your interest. Bev

Hope Jacky is now happy, well done.

Re bad photos , were any of the orang-utans in cages rescued and the babies clinging to their mothers?

Also did the baby in the box survive, was he an illegal pet?

I tried to send a donation of $100 through pay pal as instructed, but was rejected because it says that I need to put a valid phone number. Mine is definitely valid (+628161885053), but it keeps telling me to put in a valid phone number. So, sorry if I can't send my donation.

Hi Ruth
No The lsit doesnt differentiate. Only 14% of palm oil producted is produced sustainably and not all is being bought at this point in time. We rae putting pressure on companies to buy only CSPO and nothing else and will continue to do so. It's a critical issue. Please have a look at a page I share amdin on facebook called PALM OIL - Products on Australain Shelves which conatin palm oil. It has extensive information in the note section which helps one get their head around the whole issue as consisely as possible. xBev

In your 2010 list of companies who use Palm Oil, do you differentiate between Sustainable and Non Sustainable Palm Oil users? Because I see several "Natural" and "Sustainable" companies listed.

I say, STOP those countries from selling off their rain forests for deforestation!!! This campaign is like telling people to stop drinking water, because the planet is going dry! In the time it will take to get the world to stop buying Palm Oil, how much of the rain forests are being wiped out in a day/week/month. Stop the deforestation from the top!! Stop those governments from selling off the rain forest!! Force these companies to go sustainable!!

Do you send out little booklets that list all the different product names of palm oil, and all companies and foods that use palm oil, so i could keep in my bag.
