Rules

Please read these rules before you apply:

1.You MUST have a site.
2.It should be Anime/Graphic related (any type of shrines are welcome).
3.Your site MUST have html.
4.It is ok if you don't have a layout made by you, its not a big deal.
5.You may only choose 1 character and you can't choose one that someone else has chosen.
6.You may only choose characters within the following animes: Inuyasha, Full Metal Alchemist, Tokyo Mew Mew, Naruto, Yu Yu Hakusho, CardCaptors Sakura, Gundam Seed/Destiny and Ruruoni Kenshin.
7.The code has to be somewhere on your site. If it is not then you will not be accepted into the alliance.
