  2. Open with "Word"
  3. Go to "File" in the top left-hand corner of toolbar
  4. Drop down menu:"Page Setup" 
  5. Click to reset margins to .4 (point four) all around 
  6. Click "OK" - Click "FIX" - Click "OK" 
  7. Now you are ready to print as usual
