**If a parent is going to be after 5:45 a phone call is expected or pre-planned in advance.
The following are PAID holidays and the daycare will be closed on these days:
*New Years Day
*Memorial Day
*Independence Day
*Labor Day
*Thanksgiving Day
*Christmas Day
***Normally a two week vacation is taken every year. At least 30 days notice will be given.***
Full Time: $120.00 a week
Part Time: $25 a day
Before/After School Care: $50 a week
Payments are due Monday for the current week's care. There will be a $5 a day late fee for each day payments are not received. You still must pay for your child's scheduled time, regardless of whether or not your child is here. Those days and times are reserved for your child. One week of non-payment will be allowed per year for vacation.
In order to provide the best possible care and minimize the risk of spreading infection and illness, parents are asked NOT to bring child/children if he/she are vomiting, or has any contagious illness, severe cold, or diarrhea. Children MUST be symptom free for 24 hours.
Keep child home if he/she has (use common sense):
*Tempature of 101 or over *Pink Eye *Croup *Diarrhea *Vomiting *Head Lice
Each child will be provided with a "cubby" to hold his/her belongings. Each child is to have a complete change of clothes, which will be changed often due to weather changes and size. A bathing suit for water days (sunscreen), that can be left throughout the summer. Any special blanket or stuffed animals for nap time, a backpack or bag to may be brought daily to send home papers and art projects. I prefer that children do not bring toys from home, especially new ones. Children are asked to bring items from home on special days.
