Welcome to the Angels of Hope Ministries website.

This site is dedicated to the Great Commission of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ the Righteous; and Matthew 25:31-46.

We, as a Christian organization, believe in not only revealing the love of the Lord for His creations, and a better way of life; but also making a difference in other peoples' lives, and bringing our human brothers and sisters to a more secure state of being.

We provide social services, in the realm of assistance with any and all kinds of problems. When we cannot help a person with our own resources, we ensure that we get them the resources they need via our contacts in the community.

We have helped people get furniture, housing, temporary shelter, food program assistance, clothing donations, assistance with bills, transportation (in some cases) when necessary, and sometimes employment.

We are currently in the process of developing our non-profit status with the I.R.S. and state agencies.

We believe that being Christians means more than just lip-service to the Lord: we believe that, as stewards of God on Earth, Christians have a duty to tend to the needs of people who are in undesirable circumstances. Christ Himself said, "Let he who has two cloaks give to he who has none." He also said, "give to he who asks of you, and to him who would take from you, turn not away." He continued by saying, "If you only do for your friends and relative, how much better are you than others? Even the publicans and tax-collectors do the same." The two great laws, upon which the entire Law and Prophets hangs are, "Love the LORD thy God with all thy heart, soul, mind and strength; and love thy neighbor as thyself". That sounds like a call to action to me.

Today, the plight of the homeless and impoverished is overwhelming. In cities like Atlanta and Columbus, the homeless are turned away into the streets, just because they are not willing to be labelled as "mentally ill", or to be treated as third-class citizens. We, as a group, think it's time to show these poor, down-trodden people the real meaning of Christian love and charity. "And now abide faith, hope and charity, these three: and the greatest of these is charity" - Paul.

We also work toward spreading the message of God's Word, and believe in a moderate view: balancing the letter of the law, and the spirit in which it is given, is what Christ struggled to make the religious groups of His day understand must be done, to understand the "full counsel of God". We are available at any time to conduct online Bible studies, and to counsel anyone, in the light of the Bible's message. We also believe in preaching the truth about everything, regardless of who doesn't like it. We cannot be kept silent. As the prophet Jeremiah said, "it feels like fire, shut up in my bones".

We encourage you to give to not only us, but to the people you meet on the street. Do whatever you can to make someone else's life better; whether it be giving, talking, or just listening.

If you want to learn how to become a follower of Christ, we encourage you to contact us, and we will help you understand what a follower of Christ does - and why, - to begin and continue their journey toward Christianity.

To clarify, we never discriminate against anyone, for any purpose. Discrimination is not tolerated on this site, or in our organization. We want you to feel welcome to come to God, and to us, with any problem you need help with.

We, here at Angels of Hope Ministries are surprised and overjoyed by the fact that so many people have visited our site! From the indications, there are more people out there who feel the way we do, than we could ever have imagined. We give all the praise and glory to God Almighty for all of you visiting, and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

This isn't just a ministry dedicated to teaching God's Way; it's an organization that is also dedicated to the well-being of "our fellow man", as it were. While it is preferrable that we all do our part individually, sometimes a group or organization is necessary to effect real change on a large enough scale... we strive to become that kind of organization.
