Faerie Footsteps
The Little folk tread through the winding path
Each step as a light as a feather
The trail they leave behind will never fade
Not even in the rainy weather.

The magpies call out from the above
Perched gracefully upon the fence
Secretly seeing if anyones about
Never at all appearing tense.
*
The butterflys are fluttering from plant to plant
Delivering love and healing
The faerie's best wishes are also past on
Because every living thing deserves that feeling
*
The dandelion seeds are flowing gently in the breeze
Embarking upon a new journey, a new life
Not knowing where they shall settle
Perhaps with leprachauns, or maybe up in Fife.
*
The pixies lay happily amongst the grass
Watching nature bloom and grow
Her pixie hair all wavy and filled with flowers
Just be careful when it is time to mow.
*
The daisies growing sweetly in the field
Growing in groups and supporting each other with love
Until one gets picked to support someone else
Then when its job is done, its spirit goes gently up above
*
So you see these faeries
Are not pesky annoying things
They are quite the opposite in fact, tending to our gardens
They are gentle, filled with love and just so happen to have beautiful glittery wings.

Faerie, Faeries, with your guiding light
Lead me to the path what is right
Filled with love, I offer you dear faerie,
A delicate foxglove

Faerie, Faeries, help me to see
You as clearly as you see me
With peace and joy within my heart
You dear faerie, and I shall never part

Faerie Faeries, please cleanse me of fear,
So that our communications cause me not to shed a tear
As I would love to not cause you distress
But instead work in your honour and become a Faerie Priestess
