 DJ Mr Mak (besides being v gorjus 2) started off touring with the Brazilian Samba band he used to play percussion for. On tour, he met DJ Hayz n 2getha they formed "Bak II Bak". Later, going solo, DJ Mr Mak played in Rhodes and was introduced to the Firin' Squad. When he came back to the UK, he entered 2 national competitions: "Red Decks and Efx", in which he came 3rd, n "Mixit Moto", in which he came 2nd in all the UK. Firin' Squad sent DJ Mr Mak's demo tape to Pirate Sound Clash on Kiss FM. He then started playing for the Rishi Rich Project's show on Kiss, and touring with them, became part of the 2Point9 crew, and is now part of the Mentor Kolektiv.
