Robert Pattinson who played Cedric Diggory in the Harry Potter series is casted as our wonderful Edward.

So sorry for the delay in everything, guys! My computer crashed, as I've e-mailed to some. This time, when i say crashed, I mean it wont turn on and it smells like burnt rubber. Ick. Well, anywho. Hey everyone! I'm excited to say that we've added some fun features to the site! Sorry for the long update, everyone! It's been a busy first week of school. I'm excited to see everyone posting their input! It truly makes me happy. However, there are some posts that I would rather not see. There are some demeaning posts out there, and even if it is your opinion, I ask for you to please STOP putting the series down. This is a FANSITE. Therefore, those who like the saga come here to share their opinions on how they like the book. I would really appreciate it if you please stop. Take this as a warning. Any more bad posts and they will be deleted.

In other news, on September 13 [also known as Bella's birthday] Forks, WA had decided to name it "Stephenie Meyer Day". there are going to be activities to do around the town, so if you live around the area or stopping by, be sure to check it out for us, take some pictures, and send it to me! The TwilightGallery has finally been updated! There are only very few pictures, and I apologize for that. There is, however, one of my favorite songs playing in the background! . So with that said, go check out the Gallery and tell me what you think. I would also deeply appreciate it if you yourself would submit some pictures to add, like from a book signing you attended or just you with our favorite books in the world :]]. Some FanArt would we lovely, too. I haven't received any of those yet, and I don't want to steal any pictures from photobucket or deviantart and such-so please-send in your FanArt!
Also, like I posted in the TwilightFansComments, I haven't received enough FanFic for it to acquire its own page. I love reading FanFic to see who has captured Stephenie's wonderful style of writing. Once again [and I apologize for being so repetitive] FanArt and FanFiction needed!

I'm back--again, adding new things to the site. If you look under "in this issue" aka, the navbar, you'll see there are new features like TwilightPolls and TwilightGallery. these are here for, of course, your own pleasure. TwilightGallery will be uploaded soon enough with my promised book signing photos and the FanArt you have/will submit. So be sure to do so. I also added a shoutbox under the twilightmovietalk for quick casting ideas, but it doesn't seem to be working at the moment. hopefully that will get fixed soon.

The book signing was AMAZING! i'm going to be posting up some bulletins just for you guys :]] i got second row/aisle seats, so i had wonderful view. I have some pictures to post up, too. I also promised myself that i will post all the wonderful input you guys have been sending, my inbox is almost full! I just keep on forgetting to put everything up. I'll be sure to do that later today. I promise. I'll try and think of other contests and trivia to do, too having some relation to Eclipse.

The website was down recently, so I'm sorry if you haven't been able to get on. Neither have I. Hello everyone! i finished my Eclipse book in a few hours after receiving it yesterday and i must admit i was being a little greedy, not wanting to lend the book to others. I will be posting some forums up and such in a few weeks, seeing that some people still won't be able to get their copies of Eclipse. Amazon.com has a video message from Stephenie talking about her fourth book, Breaking Dawn and how it will be the book that ties up Bella's story. Stephenie says it might not be the last book about her "vampire friends", but as of now it's her last novel with Bella's journey.

It's here, everyone! August 7 is finally here bringing with it the release of Eclipse! I am so excited to get my copy, i'm bouncing out of my seat. This morning i watched Stephenie Meyer on "Good Morning America" and was so jealous of all the girls there with her, celebrating. Thank you sandman for bringing Stephenie her dream! How cliche, i know. Well, I'm pretty sure some of you [if not all of you] girls out there are going to disappear for a few hours after obtaining your own copies, but i hope to see you all back here. After reading Eclipse, I'll post some forums up for reviews, questions, anything you guys can throw. Hopefully I'll put up some fun games, trivia, etc. So stop by after your happy reading!

As of July 7, 2007 Stephenie Meyer updated the news on the rumored upcoming Twilight movie.

Stephenie writes:

"I am very excited to announce that Twilight has been optioned by Summit Entertainment (http://www.summit-ent.com/). The deal with MTV Film (and friends) lapsed in April, and since that time my agents and I have been negotiating with Summit on a great contract that I think will really protect the story. The people at Summit seem quite enthusiastic about doing Twilight the right way, and I'm looking forward to working with them. The story will be optioned for the next fifteen months, when Summit will have the opportunity to buy the property. I will keep you updated on any developments as soon as I find out about them."
