This comfortable and relaxing two bedroom, two bath condo is ideally
situated just a short 3 minute stroll from the beautiful gulf beaches or the main
boulevard with popular nightlife, entertainment, and some of the best dining on
the island. The swimming pool area is enclosed for privacy and has tables and deck chairs for sun-bathing or lounging. Be sure to check out the pictures included on this site!
Our recently remodeled condo comes with a full kitchen including
microwave, toaster, electric George Forman Grill and a blender for your tropical margaritas. All furnishing are contemporary, including a
large white leather couch big enough to sleep on. The condo has white tile floor complimented by blue tile counters and for your convenience, an extra-large washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a
king-size bed and dresser and TV, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with
a huge walk-in closet. Living room entertainment center contains a TV,
a DVD player, a stereo with CD player and a VHS tape player. A high-speed wireless WiFi internet connection is included.
This second floor end unit has a private balcony where you can enjoy your
coffee or favorite beverage while relaxing in the island breezes. You can see a
bit of the bay by day, breathtaking sunsets at night, and the view of the
entertainment district at night is spectacular.
Two parking spots (one designated spot under cover) means you never have to worry about beach parking. You can easily walk the half-block to the beach in 3 minutes or less for ocean sunbathing or swimming and back to the condo for a snack, lunch, or a dip in the pool as often as you want. When the sun sets, it is again only a short walk to the bay side for gorgeous sunsets. Everything you want to do is within walking distance of your condo.
This is a family orientated 14-unit condominium complex and only a few of the units are available for rent.
Condo rules do not allow rental to "spring breakers", and we do not rent to singles under 25 years of age. Large, loud, and/or disturbing parties or activities will not be tolerated.
