UPDATE::: May 2, 2008 We got results back from UC Davis on our stud, Sr Deuce Snappy. He is EE so he cannot have red foals regardless of the color of mate. All foals will have black points.
UPDATE:: APRIL 30,2008 1 2008 foal, due in next 6 weeks. Already sold to Mr Dixon. It will be a Dun or Bay, only 2 genetic possibilities.
Sales Policy: Foals that have not been weaned require a 1/2 down to reserve the foal. Once deposit is received, the horse is considered reserved. A $25.00 registration fee and a $15.00 transfer fee will be added to the cost of each horse. We will send AQHA the transfer and paper work for our buyers. If applicable, a 100% refund is given if the horse is permanently injured or dies before weaned. A refund is not given if the buyer backs out of the sale. After weaning, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the horse, including injury and/or death. No horse may leave our possession without being paid for in full at least 2 weeks prior to ship date. If the buyer fails to take possession of the horse 30 days after ready date, the deposit is forfeited and the contract for purchase deemed void. We reserve the right to refund a deposit fee if we feel it is in the best interest of the horse. We welcome pre-purchase exams however they are the responsibility of the buyer.
