Coín is situated inland from the Mediterranean coast mid-way between Marbella and Malaga.  The ideal location means that Coin is far enough from the coast to be out of reach of the high-rise hotels but close enough to reach all the ameneties of the Costa del Sol - Beaches, Water Parks, Marinas, etc.

         

             

Coin is also ideally located for those looking for a more adventerous holiday - just a few minutes drive to the Sierra de la Nieve and you can be walking, hiking or bird watching.  There's also an easy 40 minute drive, along a new road, to the El Chorro Lakes which are fantastic for swimming and fishing.

Those looking for a walking holiday can expect to see some of the region's most beautiful scenery and peaks in nearby Tolox.  Situated between the Puerto de los Piliones and the La Torrecilla peak and covered in snow, during the winter, for just a few weeks - spectacular, breath taking views!

Further afield, but still within a couple of hours drive, are the towns of Granada (Alhambra), Sierra Nevada, Cordoba (Mezquita), Seville, and Gibraltar, Ronda and Tarifa.

Coin nightlife also has something to offer everyone - traditional tapas bars, great restaurants, modern wine bars, nightclubs, cinema (some films in English) and bowling.

You'll find that prices in Coin are far lower than in the major tourist resorts and your money will go much further.

The Golf courses at Alhaurin and Mijas are a 15 minute drive away.
