Anastasia Cassella-Young was born in Bar Harbor, Maine and currently lives in Cherryfield, Maine. She is disabled and a stay at home mom. She is married to a wonderful man and has one 18 year old son. She writes poetry, short stories, fiction, non-fiction and health books. She is author of: "Anastasia Cassella-Young's Short Stories", "Anastasia's Mind Fog", "Home Cures for Health & Special Household Quick Tips", "The Rogue Bear" and also co-authored a book with author Theodocia McLean called "Murder, Secrets and Injustice in a Small Town".
