* If you are not healthy you are not happy.
* Being healthy is more important than anorexia.
* You must be honest, try hard, believe in yourself and do anything to not fall back into your eating disorder.
* Thou shall not eat and feel guilty.
* Thou shall not punish oneself for nourishing their body.
* Thou shall NOT count calories and restrict intake. What the scale says does not define who you are.
* Gaining weight shows progress.
* You can never be too happy.
* Not eating is a true sign of weakness and no control.
