My Weigh Ins

Here you will find my weigh ins.  Good or bad, gain or loss.  I have never even considered doing this before, and it has really taken a LOT of courage to do this.  I think that this step is a great step up to make a committment to do this.  I have heard on Dr. Phil's show many times, you cannot change what you do not acknowledge, and for me.... putting my actual REAL weight out there.... is my way of acknowledging it. 

Just a note to let those know that are reading and following my progress... First of all THANK YOU!  It is great to hear from you and I love knowing that people are actually reading what I write.
