On Farm Business Training Program focusing on business registration, business planning, record keeping, plant scheduling to meet market demands and avoid over production and consistency in supply and availability of produce. It will help prepare farmers for accessing funds from the Development Bank and other lending institutions.

The program was developed based on the lack of record keeping practices by farmers and the absence of a business approach to farming. The program is also aware of the difficulty farmers experience in leaving their farms and committing time to training programs. The program believes that it will also help in tailoring the program to meet their needs on the farm. It targets not only farmers but their employees and children. The children of farmers ages 16 and over will receive further benefit from our Business Labs Program.

   4H BUSINESS INCUBATOR & SUPPORT

The program is designed to help train and encourage young farmers to go in value adding business initiatives for preparation to enter the export market and micro-franchising to ensure proper marketing of produce and services, ordering input and seeds and ensuring the survival of the industry and to add value to how agriculture is perceived. The program is in colloboration with FRUITMASTERS and BRAMCO.
