I'm also a writer, writing poetry and flash fiction. I publish a literary journal, called Illogical Muse, which you may already know about. In this journal I publish poetry, fiction, essays, and artwork and I'm very open-minded when it comes to the material submitted. Quite a few of my contributors are children and teens or unpublished authors.
