Restrictions
Before reserving, please consider the following:
- Your room will be cleaned and nicely set up as seen in our pictures. Linens and towels will be provided when you check in. My wife and I take pride in making sure that everything; comforters, sheets, towels, blankets, etc are washed after every guests. We use bleach, detergents, and fabric softeners. If you have any allergies, please advise before your check in date.
- The common areas of the hotel such as the lobby, pool, hot tubs, private entrance to the beach, and the gym will be free of charge to all of our guests. There may be occasions when commercial filming and/ or private parties may cause temporary closing or restricted use of the common areas of the hotel.
RESTRICTIONS: Although you will be staying in our private condo inside a 3 Star Art Deco Hotel,
- We do not provide or offer maid service
- We do not provide or offer room Service
- We do not provide or offer a private parking / or Valet Parking Service
- We do not provide or offer Front Desk Service
- Smoking is not allowed inside of our apartment
- Pets are not allowed
- No wild parties are allowed in the room. Security is on stand-by 24 hours a day to monitor this.
