Compared to the price of most Beachfront Hotels in this part of South Beach, our prices are usually 15% to 50% lower.

There is a  three night minimum stay requirement.  These rates are for 2 guests.   "3rd and 4th guest pays $10.00 Extra per guest, per night"     (Holidays and Special event rates are higher) 

2009:   Winter and Spring Rates    

 $125 (week night); $135 (Weekend nights) or $775 (weekly rate)

Summer Rates:  $100 to $125 per night or $700 per week

 Special Event Rates & Holidays Rates are Higher
