Our Home Away from Home
Our apartment is our second home and we have added lots of extras and decorated it in a way that we hope will make you feel, as if this your home away from home. All of our guests have recognized that they are not merely renting a hotel room, but that the room is personally maintain and should be treated, as it was their second home.
Our air-conditioned studio apartment is approximately 360 square feet and is a corner unit located on the seventh floor of the hotel. It has an incredible unobstructed view of the Art Deco District/ City view. The studio is fully furnished and my wife and I took pride in decorating it in a warm South Florida Palm Tree motif. We personally supervised its remodeling in June 2007 & 2009, when the room was freshly repainted, re-carpeted, and re-furnished.
Our Jr. Suite apartment is fully furnished. In 2009, we purchased a high quality king size Sealy Posterpedic Memory Foam Matress for the best night sleep. The room also has a full size futon bed and full size dresser and mirror.
In order to assure you of the cleanest and most freshess of linens in the Miami Beach area, my wife and do all the laundry before and after you check out. All comforters and sheet sets are cleaned and wash using fabric softeners. Our futon sofa also converts to a full/ queen size bed with a comfortable mattress. With the futon bed, up to four guests can comfortably sleep in our room.
Our studio is one of the few hotel rooms in Miami Beach that has a 27-inch color TV with DVD player and 70 cable channels, including HBO. Our studio room is also equipped with a radio-cd player. We also remodeled our walk in closet with extra shelves, hanging racks, and a second dresser for additional clothes. You will also find an iron and ironing board in the closet, for those nights when looking good is a priority.
Our studio apartment has a small kitchen, which includes a sink, compact refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, George Foremant grill, and an expresso maker. We also provide ceramic and plastic dishes, bowls, silverware, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, a wine bucket, and wine glasses. Our dining room table can accommodate two for a romantic dinner or quick breakfast. “We provide the Coffee and/ or tea", free of charge, as well as other extras that we like to surprise our guests with. Our studio is one of the few in Miami Beach that comes with its own icemaker & blender for making tropical drinks or delicious shakes. ("The nearest grocery store & liquor store is only two blocks away. There is a 24 hour Walgreens Pharmacy located approximately 3 blocks away".

We are only three blocks away from the Miami Beach Convention Center and a 10 minute cab ride from Downtown Miami. For those on business, we know that sleep in important. Since we have a 7th floor corner unit, the room is away from the street level noise and away from the pool side area, where parties and social events are sometimes held. We also provide an 6 cup coffee maker, coffee, cream and sugar, so that you may start your day.
We offer a private phone line in the room and a secured Fast Acess DSL line, free of charge. The hotel has wireless internet system in the lobby, but they will charge for that. Also please understand, that due to security and liability issues, the front desk of the hotel and concierge service may deny accepting any delivery packages to hotel, unless the guest is their to claim it upon arrival of the package.
