LEGEND OF ALTOMARE'S PROTECTORS
The Legend of Altomare begins when two young children washed upon the beach; a little boy and a little girl. An old couple walking down the beach found the two children and took them in, feeding them and taking care of them.
All was well in Altomare for a few years, untill one day a wave threatened to destroy Altomare. The people did not know what to do and they feared for the worst.
All of a sudden, the two children the old couple had saved began to glow. The two Children were lifted into the air and began to transform before the eyes of the Altomare citizins.
The boy had turned into the dragon Latios, and the girl had turned into the dragon Latias. Together the two called out for the help of more of the dragons and together, the dragons fought back the tsunami forces.
After the battle, Latias and Latios decided to stay and protect Altomare. But before they left, the two paid the old couple who had cared for them a vist. The two gave the old couple a gem that is now known as the sould dew.
The old couple preserved the souldew in a secret garden, where it is still said to be to this day; though the dew in there now is said to not be the original. Latios and Latias are also said to be there as well.
