12-19-2005 Update

I had this weird idea recently...and it may work out. I was sitting here talking to my friends daughter whose six and loves going to zoo's to see the animals but you dont learn much watching an animal behind bars and glass. Then I had this Idea..create a petting zoo using real exotic animals. It would be a great way to educate people on animal behavior. Each animal I would feature would be hand raised meaning bread in captivity to assure as best as one could that it would be a tame animal. Of course these would still be wild animals which is why it would be completely supervised by me each animal would have restraints to assure children and adults safety. Some animals I wish to feature are the following:

1. Zebra's

2. Peacocks

3. Swans

4. Fox's

5. Wolves ( of course)

6. Coyotes

7. Couger (( once i get my license to have it))

8. Skunks

9. Zedonks

10. Wallubies

December 17, 2005 Update

Wow look at this Christmas is almost here I hope every one has gotten their dogs gifts for the Holiday. I know by now people are wanting to get to know a litle bit about me times like these I saw give them what they want so here you all go.

Goal from this site: My goal from this site is to simply educate people. Wolves shouldnt be feared but as with all large animals cautions should be taken. With all wild animals it is not wise to aproach a wolf in the wild as you do not know how it will react and you have no knowlege of if it is diseased or not. Please note sick, and starving wolves are almost always the only wolves to attack. And its commen sense to know a scared animal will display aggression as will a wounded animal. I wish to make people see wolves as the beautiful creatures they are and not as a demonic beast. People who feel thats what a wolf is should leave this site now.

In sadder news..

A very close friend of mine was running a wolf rescue center out in the country. An angry neighbore of his broke into his wolf pen and skinned his cub alive. It was very hard on my friend as he had to decice if he would keep his alpha male and alpha female which I am glad to say he did and is now expecting a litter in early Febuary. I will of course be posting pictures of his beautiful babies when they arive.

In other news:

Congrats to Allen Antrim on his newest pups only three are left and let me tell you they are just adorable as always Allen. I look foreward to seeing the next little batch of pups to come.
