Astrology and the Moon
How I differ from other Ghost hunting groups:
When planing a hunt I will look to the Moon for help.
Astrology is the belief that the moon and other celestial bodies have an influence on the course of human affairs.
WHY.... not Ghost too?
Science even has a great understanding of how the Moon effect's the Earth and it's inhabitants.
Every one is intrigued by a full moon. There have been many stories written about the effects on a person during the full moon. The most famous one is of the werewolf. In the story it was believed that during the full moon a person bitten by a werewolf would turn into a wolf and feed its hunger on unsuspecting victims.
Still today there are many stories of a person going insane during the full moon. Many nurses and doctors report that their patients tend to act in different manners during a full moon as opposed to any other time of the month. There seems to be a rise in crime during a full moon also.
Possibly this is due to the moon pulling on the earth more at this time than other times and this might influence people in different ways.
Many occult religions practice special rituals during a full moon to use the energy given off at that time

I simply understand how to cleanses a home or place of Negative Energies including people.
My opinion is we will get more activity on certain nights when energy is at it's highest.

also it's a wonderful time for heightened intuition.

The unveiling of the word "The occult, means" the mystic, the strange, the mysterious, the unknown and the paranormal. This term 'occult' means hidden, out of view, unseen, in the shadows or unknown therefore the term 'occult' pertains to many subjects beyond the simply different or unusual.
Ghost investigators can't be stereotyped, they come from all backgrounds.
There is very little agreement on what methods and techniques work best for ghost investigating, which certainly reflects the diversity of the ghost hunting groups, Some employ very esoteric means such as psychics, channeling spirits, Ouija boards, seances or other devices in order to establish whether there is a haunting or not..
While other investigators would never dream of using anything that isn't scientifically based.... they may use EMF meters, thermometers, infrared photography, and other environmental measuring equipment to establish whether ghosts are present. Still, there are others who incorporate both the spiritual and the scientific and even being a skeptic.

How can we argue with what has worked for hundreds of years.
I have used many of the cures myself for people and dwellings.......I know these things work!

Ghost hunting can take a person to some mysterious and peculiar locales. Just grab up your camera and your map and head for the nearest location that make children whisper and adults wonder. The pursuit of the paranormal, the hunting of haunts can be thrilling and -- yes -- even educational! Gather up your courage (for this may be enlightening, but it certainly ain't Sesame Street!) and try to collect information on your selected site. If possible, read up on some of the local history. This will bring the voices of the past to life for you and give you a better understanding of the circumstances of the paranormal events at that site.
