Buildings that have a lot of history will usually have more activity around them. But it can all so happen at new sites. Remember that we've been around for a long time buildings come and go and people forgot what was there before. A lot of times the previous building could have been haunted and when the new building goes up the old problem is still there. A lot of sprits still think that the building or house is still there and a lot of times they refuse to leave.
