Stages of Processing

1. The project work is received at our processing center through e-mails or hard disks.
2. The entire job is put in batches and divided among our operators.
3. On completion the data is run through thoroughly to detect and correct divergences.
4. Finally, the data is proof read by a supervisor ensuring a minimum accuracy level of 99.99% on our work.
5. The proofread data is then sent to our clients through e-mail.
6. We maintain backups of all data entry / conversion works which are deleted on completion and final acceptance of the clients.
